This single policy explains how subscriptions renew, how you’re charged, and how to cancel. It applies to all recurring plans/memberships and access‑based digital products sold on our site.
1) Auto‑Renewal
What renews: Your selected plan (as shown at checkout) renews on its billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
What you’re charged: The posted price plus applicable taxes/fees on each renewal date.
Trials (if offered): Trials convert to paid at the posted rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
2) Billing Authorization
By starting a subscription, you authorize Digestible A, LLC and our payment processors (e.g., Kajabi Payments/Stripe/PayPal) to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date for the plan price, taxes, and any adjustments you approve (e.g., plan changes). If we change the price of a renewing plan, we’ll notify you in advance and tell you how to cancel before the new price applies.
3) How to Cancel
Self‑serve: Go to Account → Billing on our site and click Cancel next to your active subscription.

Effective timing: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. After a valid cancellation, no further renewal charges will be made.
4) Refunds
No refunds. All subscription renewals and one‑time digital purchases are final once billed. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or accidental renewals. This does not affect any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable law. If you believe a charge is an error (e.g., duplicate billing), contact us and we’ll correct it.
5) Failed Payments & Account Access
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry your payment method, notify you to update it, and/or suspend access until payment succeeds.
6) Billing Issues & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution and may result in temporary account suspension.
7) Taxes, Currency & Invoices
Prices are shown before applicable taxes. Taxes/fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and charged on each renewal. Invoices/receipts are sent to your account email.
8) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The Effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9) Governing Law & Venue
This policy is governed by the laws of Colorado, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in Colorado, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
