What we collect

We collect information that you provide directly and information collected automatically via our website and Kajabi platform.

Account & Contact Data: name, email address, password, profile info, support messages, and form submissions.

Transaction & Subscription Data: products purchased, plan tier, renewal dates, course/community enrollments, and limited payment metadata (e.g., last 4 digits, card brand). Payment details are processed by our payment processors (e.g., Kajabi Payments/Stripe and/or PayPal); we do not store full card numbers.

Usage & Device Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages visited, time on page, referring/exit pages, and similar technical data. Kajabi and integrated analytics/cookie tools may set cookies or similar technologies to collect this data.

Marketing & Communications Data: email engagement (opens/clicks), campaign attribution (UTM), and your communication preferences.

User Content: comments, posts, messages, assignments, or uploads you submit to our site or community areas.
